We're grounded!

Red warning for severe weather conditions for almost the whole continent. The Civil Protection recommends some preventive measures.
A total of 14 districts, under intense rain and wind, were placed on high alert!

If they did prevention on field instead of just warning, it would be more useful and efective. Not being so disasters happen like those in Algarve and Oeste region with milions of euros thrown away.
